El Pueblo Kichwa de Sarayaku rechazamos rotundamente el pronunciamiento del apoderado de C .G. C. Sr. Ricardo Nicolás el día 16 del mes y año que decurre en uno de los medios de comunicación de la Provincia . En el cual informa a la opinión publica la incuria de la C.G.C. En territorio de Sarayaku.
Ante esto manifestamos lo siguiente:
1.-Cualquier presencia de C.G.C. en territorio de Sarayaku representara un acto de provocación ,atentatoria y violación a las medidas cautelares adoptadas por la Corte Inter. Americana de derechos humanos , en el cual expresa la garantía y seguridad .de Sarayaku ,sus miembros y dirigentes.
2.- Sarayaku rechaza y resistirá cualquier nuevo arremetida de C.G.C ya que consideramos violación a la constitución y leyes ecuatorianos.
3.-Consta al pueblo ecuatoriano y ala ciudadanía de Pastaza que no hay un solo Kichwa de Sarayaku en Argentina destruyendo parques, templos y monumentos en la ciudad de buenos aires y mucho menos amenazando y ofendiendo a sus ciudadanos pero aquí los representantes de esta empresa se dan el lujo violando leyes ecuatorianas y aun mas desestabilizando la vida tranquila de un pueblo que quiere vivir en paz, respetando los principios de los derechos de seres que en este espacio territorial, habitan
4.- El gobierno ecuatoriano con su afán de ampliar la frontera petrolera ha hecho pronunciamientos, en el cual manifiesta que Sarayaku esta de acuerdo en que se de la apertura a la actividad petrolera, avalizando la presencia del ejercito conjuntamente con la empresa
5.- El pueblo de Sarayaku jamás negociara su territorio, porque lo considera como el ultimo espacio de vida para este pueblo, la tierra no se vende porque es nuestra madre.
6.-El pueblo de Sarayaku espera ser respetado , y así seguir existiendo como cualquier otro pueblo bajo los principio de paz ,justicia y libertad.
7.-El pueblo de Sarayaku se levantara para resistir, y, dejara esta misión cuando hayan arrancado al ultimo hijo del vientre de la selva, y , hará prevalecer , las leyes y normas vigentes en la republica del ecuador , y, leyes y normas vigentes a nivel internacional
Hacemos la llamada a todas las comunidades y Nacionalidades a la unidad y buscar mejores alternativas de desarrollo que asegure nuestra vida y futuro.

We, the Kichwa people of Sarayaku, categorically refuse the statement by the representative of C.G.C., Mr. Ricardo Nicoás, on September 16 this year, which appears in one of the media of the province. In which informs to the public opinion the insults of C.G.C. in Sarayaku territory.
In the face of this, we declare the following:
1.- Any presence of C.G.C. in territory of Sarayaku represents a criminal act, provocation, and violation of the cautionary measures adopted by the Inter-American Court of Human Rights, in which expresses the guarantee and security of Sarayaku, its members and leaders.
2.- Sarayaku rejects and will resist any new attack by C.G.C., which we consider a violation of the Ecuadorian laws and constitution.
3.- It is well known by the Ecuadorian people and the citizens of Pastaza that there is not one single Kichwa of Sarayaku in Argentina, destroying parks, temples and monuments in the city of Buenos Aires, and much less threatening and offending its inhabitants, but here the representatives of this company give themselves the luxury of violating Ecuadorian laws and moreover destabilizing the tranquile life of a community that wishes to live in peace, respecting the principles of right of the beings who inhabit this territorial space.
4.- The government of Ecuador, with its zeal to amplify the oil frontier, has made pronouncements in which declares that Sarayaku is in agreement with that the activities of the oil industry are permitted, endorsing the presence of the army together with the company.
5.- The people of Sarayaku will never sell its territory, because it is considered the last space of life for this people. The land is not for sale, because it is our mother.
6.- The people of Sarayaku expects to be treated with respect, an thus continue to exist as any other people, according to the principles of peace, justice and liberty.
7. The Sarayaku people will rise up and put up resistance, and will leave this mission only when the last son and daughter of the womb of the rainforest has been uprooted. And we will make prevail the laws in force in the Republic of Ecuador and at international level.
We make a call to all communities and Nationalities to search for unity and better alternatives for development that secures our life and our future.
